Apple introduced a new 2TB Time Capsule with a simultaneous dual-band Wi-Fi feature which allows simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-band networking and Guest Networking enabling users to setup a secondary network for guests and visitors without handing out a WiFi password.
Time Capsule allows users to backup the data on their Macs and PCs wirelessly. It also acts as a simple file and print server.
The new 2TB model is available for a price of $499 while dropping the price of the 1TB model to $299, and discontinuing the 500GB model.
