Windows 7 is the latest Operating System from Micrsoft.Its UI is excellent.I found this excellent theme which will make you Windows Xp look like Windows 7.

How to install Windows 7 Theme

• Download Windows 7 theme
• Install "UX Theme Multi-Patcher 6.0.exe" from "UX Theme Patcher"
• Double Click on "Windows 7 M1 Vs.Msstyles" in "Themes\Windows 7 M1 VS" folder to install.
